    We collectively have over 50 years of commercial HVAC experience working for manufacturers, HVAC reps, consulting engineers, and owners. Air Solutions East has been assisting international manufacturers achieve their goals in the USA since 2001..

    We have worked with international HVAC manufacturers in various stages of development in their goals of penetrating the USA market from inception to developing a marketing organization and helping them achieve their full potential.

  • Larry Kushner

    Larry Kushner, the CEO and President of Air Solutions East brings over 35 years of HVAC experience.

    Larry was with Trane, a division of American Standard, where he worked for 29 years in various roles including sales, marketing and business development. He served on both Trane's Distribution Advisory Board and Vision Task Force developing strategic vision and plans for the company. Larry holds a B.S. (Systems Engineering and Operations Research) from NYU Polytechnic School of Engineering and an Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Hofstra University.

     
    Larry founded Air Solutions East in 2001 as an HVAC manufacturer's rep firm working with both domestic and international manufacturers including Lennox, Cooline, Geoclima, Climatech, DryKor, Cristopia, Zamil, and others. Air Solution East initially worked as a manufacturers rep working with consulting engineers, mechanical contractors, and building owners in designing HVAC systems and providing efficient and cost effective indoor and environmental solutions. Then through his relationship with the companies he represented, Larry started working with international HVAC companies helping them achieve their goals in the USA.
     
    Larry's expertise includes marketing, business planning and development, strategic and financial planning, acquisitions and business leadership. He is also president and founder of Cornerstone Wealth Management Group, LLC.
     
     
     
  • Christopher Dudek

    Christopher Dudek, the Vice President-Business Development of Air Solutions East has over 14 years of commercial HVAC experience.

    Chris started his career at Trane in 1998 in Connecticut where he worked as a representative in the existing building and national account market(s), working with building owners designing, installing and commissioning both water and air cooled chillers as well as air handling units. Additionally he worked with building owners and property managers doing performance contracting, energy and lighting retrofits, controls systems, equipment modifications, HVAC equipment replacement etc.  He also has over five years experience designing and installing custom HVAC control, video, security and fire alarm systems.

     
    Chris then started working with domestic and international manufacturers assisting them gain additional representation in the USA. Some of the companies he has worked with include Honeywell, Steril-Aire and Sanuvox, where he designed custom control and Ultraviolet Systems, primarily for large custom air handling units in commercial, process and healthcare applications.
     
    Chris has a B.S. in Industrial and Management Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, NY.
     
    He has a LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) AP (Accredited Professional) Certification with the U.S. Green Building Council. He also has extensive experience in the Healthcare, Pharmaceutical and Biological Decontamination/Bioterrorism Defense Markets and has worked in all phases of construction, including design, installation, startup and commissioning.
